Aktivierung eines Senioren

Hallo!
Ich wollte euch fragen, ob ihr vielleicht eine Idee habt, wie ich meine Mutter dazu bringen kann am Tag etwas anderes als fernsehgucken zu machen?
Vielleicht gibt es Veranstaltungen für Senioren in Frankfurt? Oder irgendwelche Kurse/Treffen? Oder habt ihr noch andere Ideen? Ich bin für jeden Tipp dankbar!

Die größte Motivation ist meistens die Familie. Wenn die Senioren wissen, dass sie noch geliebt und gebraucht werden, dann werden sie oft von alleine viel aktiver.

Auch Bekannte tragen dazu, dass die Senioren gerne etwas machen. Deswegen sind Spielabende empfehlenswert!

Siele, Bücher, gute Filme (nicht der Blödsinn aus dem Fernseher). Viele Gespräche. Man muss den Senioren zeigen, dass sie gebraucht werden 🙂
